Vegetable Fresh voluntarily has an independent laboratory conduct frequent third-party audits of our produce plant, which help us to ensure that all fresh-cut produce which leaves our facility is safe and healthy.

In addition, Vegetable Fresh also has an Environmental Monitoring Program, which tests for microbial contamination in the processing facility.  Microbiological testing is done on a weekly basis by trained personnel who understand the needs and requirements of today's food service industry.  Samples are sent to a full-service microbiology laboratory which is dedicated to the food industry.

As a result, Vegetable Fresh's customers can be confident that the fresh-cut fruit and vegetables they receive come from a safe and sanitary facility.
